Privacy Policy

Rank Tracker stores your email address and sign-in sessions when you create an account. Email sign-in codes are stored only as hashes and expire after 15 minutes.

When you connect Google Search Console, we store your Search Console tokens encrypted at rest. We only ever read your own verified sites, read-only, through the official Search Console API — we cannot change anything in your Search Console, and we never scrape Google search results. Keyword snapshots (clicks, impressions, CTR, average position) are stored on our server so ranking alerts and the weekly digest can run.

Payments: if you subscribe to Pro, payment is processed by Waffo, our payment provider; we do not store your card details.

Visits are counted anonymously with self-hosted Umami analytics (no cookies, no personal identifiers). You can delete your account at any time from your dashboard — deletion removes your account, sessions, Search Console tokens, sites, keywords, snapshots, and subscription records. We retain your data for as long as your account exists; deleting your account deletes it. Questions: contact@clioos.com.
